Quality & Patient Safety Results – Full Transparency

Each year, Clinique de l’Alma takes part in the national evaluation programmes, the results of which are reflected through a set of standardized indicators.

These indicators cover the following areas:

• Patient satisfaction and experience
• Quality of clinical care (pain management, readmissions, etc.)
• Quality of care coordination (discharge summaries and continuity of care)
• Prevention of healthcare-associated infections

These standardized quality indicators are publicly available on Qualiscope, the official platform of the Haute Autorité de Santé (French National Authority for Health).
