Patient Satisfaction

Satisfaction Questionnaire

Your participation in the patient satisfaction questionnaire, provided at discharge, helps guide our quality policy and improve the services offered to our patients. This questionnaire is also available on request within the facility. Please feel free to ask for it before you leave.

National e-Satis Survey

Our healthcare facility actively participates in the national satisfaction-measurement initiative led by the Ministry of Health through the e-Satis survey.

This nationwide program continuously evaluates patient satisfaction and experience. It has been implemented since April 2016 in all eligible healthcare institutions, using reliable questionnaires validated by the French National Authority for Health (HAS). These questionnaires are tailored to the type of hospital stay and cover the key stages of the care pathway.

Practically, two weeks after discharge, patients automatically receive an email containing a unique, individual, and secure link to access the e-Satis online questionnaire. They have up to ten weeks to complete it.
