Dialysis on the move

The centre receives holiday patients for short or long stays, depending on the number of places available. A request by fax or e-mail must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. The documents required are

• Certificate of social security cover
• Mutual insurance card
• Blood group card if you have one
• National identity card or residence permit
• Medical file from the centre of origin with details of the dialysis procedure

For patients from outside the European Community, a quote will be faxed or sent by courier for information before the stay is agreed. Patients must also provide their home address and the address where they will be staying in Paris.
